About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Green City Drywall Ltd. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and layout building materials in accordance with building codes and regulations.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.
  • Construct and install building components, such as foundations, floor beams, subflooring, walls, and roof systems.
  • Install and fit windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial properties, including wooden structures in various settings.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
