About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher Assistant to join our team at Punjab Sweets Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load buspans and trays, and place dishes in storage areas to ensure efficient dishwashing and storage processes.
  • Dishwashing Operations: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand as needed.
  • Kitchen Cleaning: Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to ensure a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment withstanding extended periods of standing.
Personal Suitability
  • Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen.
  • Language: Communicate effectively in English to work collaboratively with our team.
  • Hours of Work: Work 40 hours per week to meet the demands of our kitchen operations.
