Pizza Cook Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at People's Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook pizzas to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to prepare and cook pizzas. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
