Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and physically capable individual to join our team as a Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, dust racks, and perform yard and building maintenance duties to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Trash Removal and Recycling: Process trash removal and corrugated scraps with a compactor, and ensure proper recycling procedures are followed.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Clean restrooms, restock supplies, and ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Cleaning Equipment Operation: Operate floor scrubbers (electric or propane) and other cleaning equipment to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Workspace Setup and Maintenance: Set up and clean employee workspaces, and ensure a clean and organized environment.
  • General Labour and Support: Assist with meeting setup and teardown, and perform general labour and cleaning tasks to support operational requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Experience: Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
