Role OverviewThe Service Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting customers throughout the General Sales area. This position is vital to our mission of delivering an exceptional shopping experience daily.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Manage customer inquiries and oversee the front end of the store during shifts.
- Monitor cashier coverage, maintain front end supplies, and manage change float.
- Respond to calls for customer assistance at the checkouts promptly.
