Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to join our team at Sandmere Construction.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and establishing financial and administrative controls.
Key Responsibilities- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
- 11-15 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Team player with excellent leadership skills
