Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at La Vie en Rose. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to every customer, ensuring a memorable shopping experience
  • Assist customers in finding products, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
  • Meet and exceed personal sales goals through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Prepare and maintain a visually appealing sales floor, ensuring a clean and tidy store environment
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Support the store management team in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Functional bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
