We are seeking a skilled and dependable roofer to join our maintenance team at Civeo Camp Installation Employees LP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on lodges and other camp structures. Reporting to the designated Supervisor, the work schedule consists of 14 days on and 14 days off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of camp roofs to assess condition and identify repair needs.
  • Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate roofing work with other maintenance activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain and clean roofing tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond promptly to roofing emergencies and communicate project progress and issues to camp management.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a roofer, preferably in camp facilities, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques, including experience with various types of roofing systems.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and heights, with a strong emphasis on safety and risk management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
  • Certification in roofing or a related field is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.
