Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Picker to join our dynamic team at our Distribution Center. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking orders, staging them for shipment, and ensuring the smooth flow of inventory within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick products from designated locations based on customer orders using RF scanners to verify accuracy.
  • Build pallets according to standard procedures, ensuring proper stacking and securing of materials.
  • Stage picked orders on the shipping dock according to predetermined schedules.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in matching shade numbers through label verification, ensuring color consistency for tile shipments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and utilize breakage sheets to document any damaged goods.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably within the building materials or distribution industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management systems.
