Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial trends and areas for improvement.

  • Financial Systems and Controls: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Human Resources and Payroll: Manage payroll administration, conduct performance reviews, and oversee the collection and analysis of financial data.
  • Customer Service and Communication: Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
