Job Description

Hong Dao Business Development Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Tasks:
    • Arrange training for staff to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
    • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
    • Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, ensuring alignment with sales strategies.
    • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
    • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
    • Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Supervision:
    • 3-4 people
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 30 hours per week
