Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Games Attendant to join our team at TRAPPED. As a Games Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our amusement park attractions and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Operations
    • Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems to ensure optimal staffing levels and minimize downtime.
    • Monitor and maintain the condition of our rides and equipment to ensure safe and enjoyable experiences for our guests.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Assist guests with special needs and provide support as required.
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our rides and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
    • Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management.
  • Administration
    • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
    • Assist with the coordination of activities with other work units or departments.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Language
    • English.

Our amusement park is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Games Attendant, you will be working in a team environment and will be required to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
