About the Job

Crown Flooring and Construction Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mixing and Pouring Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Cleaning and Piling Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or disposal.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work and repair tasks as needed.
  • Site Cleanup: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Work Environment: This role involves working in a fast-paced, noisy, and dusty environment.
  • Work Setting: You will be working in urban areas, various locations, high-rise building construction sites, and construction sites.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Travel Requirements: You must be willing to travel regularly, including overnight trips, and have a valid driver's license.
