Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pipeline Integrity Supervisor to lead our dedicated team. This critical leadership role demands a strong work ethic, passion for excellence, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of pipeline integrity programs, including ILI correlation, modeling, direct assessment, and information management. You will play a vital role in supporting our clients by providing expert guidance, technical leadership, and strategic direction.
Responsibilities- Cultivate growth opportunities through continuous engagement with existing and prospective clients.
- Lead Metalogic's technical and R&D teams in driving continuous technology innovation within the pipeline integrity sector.
- Spearhead the development and enhancement of comprehensive training infrastructure for our team.
- Oversee all aspects of the pipeline integrity department, ensuring economic performance, growth, and operational excellence.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the pipeline maintenance industry.
- NDT certification(s) or a relevant Engineering degree.
- A comprehensive understanding of ILI tool capabilities and limitations, direct assessment correlation, pipeline repairs, quality control procedures, excavation data collection, reporting, and information management systems.
- Advanced knowledge of NDT technologies and their applications in the pipeline integrity domain.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A strong business acumen with a focus on growth and development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise information dissemination.
- Proven organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.

Remuneration
