Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new partners to our self-serve web-based application, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
  • Schedule and facilitate training sessions for partners, both virtually and in-person, to ensure they have the necessary skills to utilize our application effectively.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training documentation, ensuring that partners have access to the information they need to succeed.
  • Validate data inputs, conduct research, and make necessary modifications to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inbound and outbound inquiries from partners, internal employees, and other business partners, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address requests and issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Communicate process changes to internal teams, partners, and dealers, ensuring everyone is informed and up-to-date.
  • Act as a central point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing courteous and friendly support.
  • Meet defined productivity and performance measures, consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Participate in special projects and assignments as required by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including document filing and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in identifying and resolving data anomalies.
  • Proven training and documentation creation skills.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a focus on self-motivation and accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, information management, or a related field is preferred.
