Job Summary

AFPS - Accurate Fire Protection & Security is seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join our team. As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining fire alarm systems to ensure the highest level of safety and security for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test fire alarm systems to determine the requirements for repair or replacement
  • Install and configure fire alarm equipment, including sensors, panels, and notification appliances
  • Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specially designed tools
  • Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults
  • Adjust, align, replace, or repair fire alarm equipment and assemblies
  • Complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
