Transportation Infrastructure Specialist

CIMA+ is seeking a skilled Transportation Infrastructure Specialist to join our dynamic team of civil engineering professionals. This role offers the chance to engage in the planning, modeling, and execution of transportation infrastructure initiatives across various scales and complexities.
Our organization promotes a flexible hybrid work environment, allowing team members to balance remote work with in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of diverse transportation infrastructure designs, including roads, bridges, interchanges, and facilities for ports and airports.
- Assist the engineering team in the technical design process and assess material quantity requirements.
- Generate and manage 3D models for road design projects.
- Support the CAD team in ensuring that design software and drafting tools are current and effective.
- Revise technical documentation as projects progress.
- Engage in fieldwork and support project teams with tasks following the completion of work by contractors.
- Participate in the creation of technical studies and documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in Civil Engineering.
- Experience within the construction sector is advantageous.
- Completion of worksite safety training (ASP certification).
- Proficiency in both spoken and written French.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD software.
- Knowledge of OpenRoads Design software is a plus.
