Position Overview

The role of a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist is crucial in maintaining a clean and efficient food preparation environment. This position involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring that all kitchenware and surfaces are sanitized and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dishwashing: Operate industrial dishwashers to effectively clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Storage Management: Organize and place clean dishes in designated storage areas.
  • Hand Washing: Manually sanitize and wash dishes and kitchen items as needed.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and appliances.
  • Waste Management: Remove garbage and trash from the kitchen area regularly.
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish kitchen floors to maintain cleanliness.
  • Food Preparation Support: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as required.
Work Environment

This position is set in a fast-paced kitchen environment that is physically demanding. Candidates should be prepared to stand for extended periods and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Candidates should have between 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.

Employment Details
