About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions. As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models to support business decision-making
  • Providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership on financial performance and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborating with operations, marketing, and culinary teams to drive business growth and improve profitability
  • Designing and implementing user-friendly reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and decision-making
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or Business
  • Working towards or have completed a CPA designation or MBA program
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or a similar capacity
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, including advanced functions, complex models, pivot tables, and VBA
