Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Procedure Preparation: Prepare patients for dental examinations, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout the process.
  • Instrumentation and Supplies: Maintain and order dental instruments and supplies, ensuring they are clean, sterile, and readily available for use.
  • Administrative Support: Provide reception and clerical duties, including scheduling appointments, confirming patient information, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, providing personalized guidance and support to promote healthy teeth and gums.
  • Clinical Support: Assist dentists with intra-oral procedures, taking X-rays, and recording dental procedures performed on patients.
  • Supply Management: Order dental and office supplies, ensuring our practice is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our patients.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a dental setting is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, as this is the primary language used in our practice.
