Job Title: Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at LIWAN INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY LTD. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
  • Leading/instructing groups
  • Provide customer service
  • Manage events
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
