**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator. As a key member of our event staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our events.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Setup and tear down of finish line structures, including timing clocks and other equipment
* Course setup, including coning, signage, and other necessary preparations
* Marshaling and marking of racecourses
* Collaborating with Race Directors to ensure event success
* Ordering supplies as needed
* Performing heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks
