At The Okanagan Golf Club, we're seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Front of House team, you'll oversee restaurant service, lead Team Members, and collaborate with Department Managers to deliver exceptional Guest experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor Team Members to ensure quality service and high standards are maintained
- Oversee restaurant service, ensuring smooth and timely operations
- Work closely with event organizers to meet their needs and coordinate events
- Assist with serving, bartending, and other duties as required
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
- Contribute to the growth and development of our Team Members
