Construction Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at LELIQUIM SERVICE INC. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects by providing accurate estimates, managing costs, and maintaining a high level of quality control.
Key Responsibilities- Estimation and Cost Management: Prepare detailed estimates for general expenses and overheads, project cash flow, and financing requirements.
- Quantity Take-Off: Utilize quantity take-off procedures to ensure accurate measurement and calculation of materials and labor costs.
- Cost Monitoring and Reporting: Set up and maintain cost monitoring and reporting systems to track and analyze project expenditures.
- Contract Administration: Monitor and adjust contract expenditures to ensure compliance with project budgets and schedules.
- Supply and Trade Contractor Management: Prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors to ensure efficient procurement and delivery of materials.
- Communication and Collaboration: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate understanding of project requirements. Work closely with project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a quantity surveying or construction management role.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
