Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at YMM Restaurant Supplies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Communication: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, providing insights into warehouse performance and areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Work Assignment and Review: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
- Operational Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures, and plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position, offering stability and opportunities for growth and development.
- Work Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, providing a healthy work-life balance.
