Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at High Grade IT Solutions Inc.

Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for implementing communication strategies and programs, preparing written materials, and publicizing activities and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials, such as reports, briefs, and website content
  • Publicize activities, workshops, meetings, and other events to raise awareness and drive engagement
  • Respond to inquiries from the business community and provide information on development opportunities
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials
  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions
  • Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to inform marketing strategies
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase the company's brand and messaging
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
