Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring the health and safety of our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate - Oversee the work of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Project Management - Coordinate and schedule maintenance projects, including repairs, renovations, and new installations.
  • Health and Safety - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Training and Development - Provide training and support to maintenance staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Materials and Supplies - Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and effective use.
  • Personnel Management - Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures, in accordance with company policies.
  • Communication - Maintain open and effective communication with employees, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
Requirements
  • Education - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience - 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language - Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours - 40 hours per week.
