Job Summary

Quinn Roofing Solutions Inc is seeking a skilled Roofing Technician to join our team. As a Roofing Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings.
  • Single-Ply Roofing: Install single-ply roofing systems using waterproof sheet materials, such as modified plastics, elastomeric, or other asphaltic compositions.
  • Roofing System Repair: Repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs of buildings, and repair or replace single-ply roofing systems.
  • Waterproof Coatings: Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level.
  • Metal Roofing: Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools.
Work Environment

As a Roofing Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads. Overtime may be required, and repetitive tasks are a part of the job.

Physical Demands
  • Weight Handling: Lift and move objects weighing more than 45 kg (100 lbs).
