Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver-Supervisor to join our team at Trans Expert Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our transportation department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on production and other key performance indicators.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of our transportation team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Dispatch and Route Management: Coordinate the dispatch of bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure optimal efficiency and safety.
  • Operations Management: Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panels to ensure smooth and safe transportation operations.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and implemented to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions and participate in the development of our team members.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies to support our transportation operations.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
