We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at OpenText, a global leader in information management. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Product Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
- Collect and Analyze Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to inform product requirements, features, and end products.
- Work with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing: Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Manage the Product Lifecycle: Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Create and Maintain Product Roadmaps: Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with business objectives.
- Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Define and Track Key Performance Indicators: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Provide Training and Support: Offer training and support to internal teams on product features and updates.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Related Field: Possess a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- 5+ Years of Product Management Experience: Have at least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology company, with strong strategic thinking, market research, competitive analysis, and product lifecycle management skills.
- Experience with Output Management and Content Management: Possess experience with output management and content management.
- Knowledge of Accessibility Technologies: Have knowledge of accessibility technologies, including PDF accessibility (PDF/UA) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Knowledge of Global Accessibility Legislation: Be familiar with various global accessibility legislation, including the European Accessibility Act, Section 508, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (Title II and Title III).
- Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish: Possess proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
- Pragmatic Institute Certification: Hold a Pragmatic Institute certification.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
