  • Assist trucks and delivery drivers to load and unload vehicles

  • Pack and unpack goods
  • Install, lash and secure goods
Work Environment:

As a Mover Helper, you will be working in various locations, which may include warehouses, distribution centers, and other industrial settings. The work is physically demanding and requires flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.

Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Flexibility to work in various locations
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
