Job Summary:

Lifemark, a leading physiotherapy and rehabilitation organization, is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls, greeting, and assisting clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving client issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and faxes with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Providing administrative support to the office manager and clinic director, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required
  • Monitoring and ordering office and clinic supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient work environment
  • Assisting with photocopier and fax maintenance to ensure smooth operation of office equipment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a medical clinic setting
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and concepts
  • Health-related educational background or certification an asset
