Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at S & S GORAYA LTD. as a key member of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle and perform regular inspections to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe and compliant with regulations.
  • Cargo Handling: Safely load and unload cargo, and ensure it is properly secured during transport.
  • Communication: Relay information to central dispatch and receive updates on cargo and transportation schedules.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Transportation of Dangerous Goods: Transport and handle hazardous materials safely and in compliance with regulations.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Possess a valid AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: Work a standard 40-hour week, with occasional overtime as required.
