Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and service
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to minimize waste and optimize inventory
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
