Key Responsibilities:

· Conducting thorough inspections of properties, both internally and externally, on a regular basis to pinpoint the source of infestations, assess the level of damage, and identify access points to affected areas.

· Preparing and applying pest control products in infested zones using mechanical or electric sprayers, and setting traps in accordance with regulatory standards.

· Providing clients with expert advice on strategies to prevent future pest issues.

· Analyzing initial reports of infested locations to determine the appropriate treatment methods necessary for eradication and prevention of future infestations.

· Documenting all work performed and submitting reports electronically after each service visit.

· Performing additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

· Preferred: Structural Exterminator License, though not mandatory.

· Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

· High School diploma or equivalent is required.

· Strong skills in communication, interpersonal relations, customer service, and time management.

· Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

· Successful completion of a criminal background check is necessary.

· Willingness to travel as required.
