Job Title: Web Site Designer

We are seeking a skilled Web Site Designer to join our team at Galaxy Security Corporation. As a Web Site Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Websites: Create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs.
  • Develop Website Architecture: Design and develop the architecture of our websites to ensure they are scalable, secure, and meet our clients' requirements.
  • Document Technical Requirements: Document technical requirements to ensure that our products, processes, and solutions meet our clients' business requirements.
  • Prepare Cost-Benefit Analyses: Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
  • Write, Modify, and Test Code: Write, modify, and test website-related code to ensure it meets our clients' requirements.
  • Prepare Mock-Ups and Storyboards: Prepare mock-ups and storyboards to visualize our website designs and ensure they meet our clients' expectations.
  • Design, Develop, and Implement Information Systems: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Source, Select, and Organize Information: Source, select, and organize information for inclusion in our websites and ensure they are presented in a clear and concise manner.
  • Develop Policies and Procedures: Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Lead and Coordinate Multidisciplinary Teams: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in web design and development.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
