Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance projects.
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Establish work schedules and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
