Job Summary:

Goodfood Market Corp. is seeking a skilled Automation Operator to join our team. As an Automation Operator, you will be responsible for conducting inspections on Goodfood recipes, ensuring quality and quantity of ingredients, recipes, and labels, as well as performing compliance audits with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of Goodfood recipes to ensure quality and quantity of ingredients, recipes, and labels.
  • Perform compliance audits with health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and report any quality issues to supervisors.
  • Identify sources of quality problems and suggest solutions to improve processes.
  • Provide feedback to supervisors on quality control measures.

Requirements:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous manufacturing or industrial work experience.
  • Ability to communicate, write, and read in English.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily targets.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively during shifts.
  • Willingness to work in a cold environment (0 to +4 degrees Celsius).
