About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Consultant to join our team at ESHPRE GLOBAL INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customs clearance and compliance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and process import and export documents, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Customs Clearance: Arrange for payment of duties, taxes, and storage of imported goods, and negotiate rates and terms with customs brokers.
  • Client Communication: Provide expert advice to clients on export and import restrictions, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare contracts, quotes, and other papers, and maintain accurate records of customs clearance activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in customs clearance or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
