Job Summary:
The Pharmacist will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and appropriate drug therapy, and contributing to an environment of employee and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical services, including medication reviews and disease state management
- Initiating care plans, following up, and documenting patient information
- Administering vaccines and determining the appropriateness of drug therapy
- Monitoring medication adherence and collecting relevant patient, drug, and disease information
- Recommending OTC products and vitamins, and answering questions from patients
- Supervising a pharmacy student or provisional pharmacist in the performance of restricted activities
Requirements:
We are looking for a Pharmacist with experience in Kroll and a retail environment. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
