Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Manufacturing to join our team at Stonewood Group Inc. This is a unique opportunity to lead our manufacturing operations and drive growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of our manufacturing strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of complex IT implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Build and manage a high-performing team responsible for sustaining the service level of our professional services/implementation team.
- Develop and manage the implementation/services budget, including developing methods and criteria to report on effective profit and loss of all services that flow through the organization.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and senior executives.
- 15+ years of software experience, with at least 5 years thriving in a founder-led, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A proven track record of leading and scaling software/solutions professional service organizations.
- Leadership and successful execution of complex IT implementation projects, strategic planning, and program management abilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships within/across organizations and effective cross-functional/matrix management skills.
- Strong communication skills (customer and executive interface) and exceptional influence and negotiation skills.
