As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Operational Buyers team in Europe, ensuring that we source the freshest ingredients for our delicious confectionery and sweets.

About the Role:

  • Lead the Operational Buyers team in Europe, driving procurement excellence and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement processes.
