Position Overview: Delivery Driver

Education Required: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience Level: 1 to less than 7 months

Licensing Requirements: AZ class license

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate as part of a two-person driving team or in a convoy.
  • Efficiently load and unload freight.
  • Operate and navigate straight or articulated trucks for the transportation of goods and materials.
  • Monitor vehicle condition and conduct inspections on tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other essential equipment.
  • Perform necessary brake adjustments.
  • Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, ensuring all vehicle aspects are managed.
  • Communicate and relay information to central dispatch.
  • Document cargo details, service hours, distance traveled, and fuel usage.
