X-Ray/Ultrasound Technician Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced X-ray technicians to join our team at a major hospital in Canada. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Position patients and equipment to capture the necessary images while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Follow established protocols for radiographic procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results and patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of procedures.
  • Adhere to safety standards and infection control protocols.
  • Stay current with advances in radiographic technology and techniques.
Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Radiologic Technologist or X-Ray Technician.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating X-ray equipment and performing diagnostic imaging procedures.
  • Strong understanding of radiographic positioning and anatomy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
