Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Randstad Canada is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in North Saanich, BC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials and products within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and processing shipments, including verifying quantities and inspecting goods for damage
  • Managing inventory levels and conducting cycle counts to ensure accuracy
  • Picking and issuing materials to meet customer orders
  • Verifying orders and ensuring accurate shipment as per order directions and routing guidelines
  • Handling shipping for interbranch transfers (IBT) and coordinating logistics requirements as needed
  • Processing all necessary documentation, including FORM 1, Pro Forma, Customs Documents, and RMA
  • Safely operating a stand-up reach truck and/or counterbalance forklift, as well as manual pallet jacks, carts, ladders, stair ladders, and other warehouse equipment (MHE)
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • 2-5 years of experience in international shipping
  • 2+ years of experience in shipping dangerous goods
  • Physically fit
  • Forklift/reach truck certification is an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ERP systems
