Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Develop and implement efficient systems and procedures to manage food preparation, service, and inventory.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure that staff are aware of and adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Quality Control
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet our high standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Reporting and Record Keeping
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other operational metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
