About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Millwrighting & Rigging Project Manager to join our team at The Ladders. As a key member of our Roberts Onsite team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of millwrighting and rigging projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including millwrights, riggers, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or industrial sector
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
