About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Lily's Asian Massage Therapy Corp. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a bondable and basic security clearance, and adhere to all security and safety protocols.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads, physically demanding tasks, and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate punctuality, client focus, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Overtime required.
