About the Role

Cann-Amm Exports Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics, including preparing bills of lading, invoices, and shipping documents.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, arrange for shipping documentation, and track the movement of goods in transit.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve logistical issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to our operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
