  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, trays, and seating areas.
  • Restock condiments and supplies in dining and service locations.
  • Clean and sanitize pots and pans.
  • Track and document food usage and inventory levels.
  • Assist in preparing take-out orders for customers.
  • Portion and package food items appropriately.
  • Heat and finalize basic food preparations as directed.
  • Organize and replenish items in refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen, including work surfaces and storage areas.
  • Receive, unpack, and properly store kitchen supplies.
  • Manage kitchen waste disposal and trash removal.
  • Perform floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
  • Prepare fruits and vegetables by washing, peeling, and cutting as needed.
